What we collect

If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, treatment of interest and any note you choose to write, together with the language you were reading the site in.

If you arrived through an advertisement, the campaign parameters in the link are sent with your enquiry so we know which campaign it came from.

The form does not accept files. Please do not send X-rays or medical documents through this website — send them on WhatsApp or by email instead, where the clinical team receives them directly.

We do not ask for, and this website does not store, your medical history.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a treatment plan, and arrange your visit.

To see how visitors use the website so that we can improve it, only if you turned on Analytics.

To understand which advertising reaches people who need treatment, only if you turned on Marketing.

Cookies and site statistics

The website itself stores only what it needs to work: your language, your cookie choices (the tedent_consent cookie, kept for one year) and, for the current browser session only, the advertising campaign that brought you here, so that an enquiry shows which campaign it came from.

For every visitor, our hosting provider Cloudflare counts page views, referring websites, countries and page speed (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Cloudflare states that this uses no cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors. We see only totals, never an individual visitor.

Analytics: Microsoft Clarity (optional)

Microsoft Clarity loads only if you turn on Analytics. It records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and movement between pages) as session recordings and heatmaps, and sets the cookies _clck and _clsk.

Before anything leaves your device, the contact form, patient photographs and patient reviews are hidden from Clarity. We never send Clarity your name, phone number, treatment choice, the text of your note or any health information.

Microsoft processes Clarity data as an independent controller under the Microsoft Privacy Statement (privacy.microsoft.com), which allows Microsoft to use it for its own purposes, including advertising.

Analytics: Yandex Metrica (optional)

Yandex Metrica also loads only if you turn on Analytics. It counts visits and records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and session recordings called Webvisor), and sets the cookies _ym_uid, _ym_d and _ym_isad, plus similar entries in your browser storage. It also lets the Yandex search engine learn about the pages you visit.

Before anything leaves your device, the contact form, patient photographs and patient reviews are hidden from Yandex Metrica, and what you type into the form is not recorded. We never send Yandex your name, phone number, treatment choice, the text of your note or any health information.

Yandex processes this data under the Yandex Metrica terms of use and its privacy policy (yandex.com/legal/confidential), and may store it on servers outside Türkiye.

Marketing: Meta Pixel (optional)

Meta Pixel loads only if you turn on Marketing. It tells Meta which pages of this website you visited and whether you contacted us or sent the form, so that we can measure our advertising. It sets the cookie _fbp (and _fbc if you arrived from a Meta ad).

We do not send Meta your name, phone number, treatment choice, the text of your note or any health information.

Meta uses this data under its own privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy), including for advertising.

Changing your choice

If you choose Reject optional, none of Clarity, Yandex Metrica and Meta Pixel is loaded, and every part of this website keeps working normally.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing stops the tool straight away and deletes the cookies it set on this website.

External services

Buttons on this page open WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Once you leave for one of those services, that company’s own privacy policy applies to what happens there.

Patient videos and photographs are served from our own content delivery network.

Sharing and retention

Enquiries are sent to the clinic by email through our email provider, and are seen by the clinic team who answer you.

We do not sell your information. Your enquiry is sent only to the clinic, and is never given to Microsoft, Yandex, Meta or anyone else for their own marketing.

If you turn on Analytics or Marketing, Microsoft, Yandex or Meta receive the usage data described above, under their own terms.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and to follow up on your treatment, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under Turkish personal data protection law (KVKK), you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how it is used.
